Release: Demos, 1985 / 1987
Photos: Zaragon 1 | Zaragon 2 | Jocke | Claes | Håkan | Tojje
Genre: Melodic / Heavy Metal
Country: Sweden (Jönköping)
Bitrate: Variates

Info from: http://www.myspace.com/zaragonrockclub
ZARAGON was formed in the early eighties but it wasn't until the mid eighties the line up was in place. The line up on the 85 demo was Mats Andersson (guitar), Mikael Hilmersson ( drums), Jocke Öberg (hammond and keyboards), Håkan Fransson (bass) and Claes Hernegård (vocals).
The 85 demo was recorded with a mobile studio in Sjöboda just outside Jönköping. Claes stood out in the garden and recorded the vocals, just 100 meters from the garden there was a railway track. Everytime a train passed by we had to stop the recording so we wouldnt get the noise from the train on the tape. We had to change the lyrics of the ballad "So Many Tears" from "Walking In The Dark" to "Walking In the Park" because there was birds singing in the trees. The sound quality on the 85 demo is what you can expect from a demo recorded in the garden in the mid eighties by a band and enginers with not that much experiens. The vocals is sometimes out of tune and the rest of the band is sometimes out of beat. But What the fuck!!! We made this demo with a lot of attitude and entusiasm and that what counts. We loved the songs and you can hear it when you listen to it. Its a lot of energy and joy in the way we played.
On the 87 demo Claes was replaced by Tojje and the music was much more influenced by the eighties. Tojje had a diffrent voice and sounded as a singer should sound back then. We recorded that demo in Stockholm Recording House and it is much more "well" played. Tomas Wikström (ex-CANDLEMASS, TALK OF THE TOWN) is doin the background vocals along with Tojje.
Håkan Fransson are today chairman for the rock club Zaragon Rock Club.

Release: Demo Tracks, 1979
Genre: Heavy Metal
Country: Denmark
Bitrate: 320kbps
►DIRECT D/L
These 2 demo tracks have also been posted at Youtube today by Ole "Cole" Hamilton (ex-guitarist of WITCH CROSS). Many thanks for finally releasing this material to the public man!! CHEERS.
Kim Christiansen - Vocals
Ole "Cole" Hamilton Poulsen - Guitar
Lasse Hvidman - Guitar
Mickey - Bass
Chris Moore - Drums
1. We Will Be Strong (pre-Rocking The Night Away) (Info by Ole from YT descripiton):
This is a track That I made in 1979 with my band MANDRAKE, at that time called "We Will Be Strong" but later, in 1983-84 when I had joined the "new fame" band WITCH CROSS, Alex the vocalist rearranged the lyrics so it became the more catchy and "sing-along" like "Rocking the Night Away", which we also made a video for in 84'.
"We Will Be Strong" and "Alien Savage" was recorded in the ROCKTAPE studio in the autumn of 1979 and recorded/mixed by my long time friend Peter Brander, who later made a far better tape for us with another vocalist, Noel De Castro Tofino, also a very dear friend of mine who very sadly had a very brutal ending, as he was killed by a hit and run driver...
2. Alien Savage (Info by Ole from YT descripiton):
Another track that I made with MANDRAKE in 1979, which also became a track used on the "fit for fight" album I made with the Witch Cross boys...although with the same lyrics, of course improved a lot on the album.

Release: Demo, 1980
Genre: NWOBHM
Country: UK
Bitrate: 192kbps

Share by Virtue, thanks a lot mate!.
It seems their 1982 demo isnt the only material the band put out, I found this demo on Youtube
by (I think) the guitarist of the band. I cant find it anywhere else plus he posted a recording date and it seems legit, the vocal and guitar work is consistent with their other release. I had to use a file converter but its in the highest quality I can get, and sounds pretty good for a demo, just a bit of tape hiss thats all.
Recorded at Elephant Recording Studio, Wapping, London, 1980.
"East or West" appears to be the same track used on their 1982 Demo.
Keith Thacker - Vocals
Mark Holmes - Guitar
Steve Gamble - Bass
Paul Hale - Drums

Rip and share by nonseinormale65, thanks man!
Uploader Notes: Crazy Band (not to be confused with other bands with the same name) started in Torino(Italy)in 1974, heavily influenced by Kiss, New York Dolls and the glam rock scene of the 70s (both in music and look), recorded this rare EP live in the studio in 1977;they quit at the beginning of the 80's but reunited and split again several times since then but only releasing
a couple of 7" of mainstream rock and using italian lyrics as always in their records, also some old videos can be found on Youtube.
Please note that on the vinyl on both sides track number one fades into track number two,so i decided to not split the tracks, enjoy!!!

Release: Mad'n'Damn, EP 1989
Label: Metalnews #NEWS 001
Genre: Thrash Metal
Country: Italy (Genova)
Bitrate: 256kbps
►Get it at the Forum
Rip and share by nonseinormale65, thanks!
Uploader Notes: Mad Poltergeist were formed in Genova from the ashes of Henker
(another thrash metal band), they had an anti-Christian attitude, but devoted to the story in different keys-from comic to tragic of the theater iconography that revolves around the way people present certain aspects of the religion, while musically the Bay Area thrash was a clear and constant reference point. The funny and irreverent attitude of the band was also manifested by the choice of the artwork of Mad 'n' Damn,it is(if memory serves me correctly) none other than "The School of Athens" by Raffaello, in which the artist - populated it of all the philosophers and thinkers known for theiratheist choice in an ironic rather than profane key.
After a demo MP signed a deal with Metalnews Records(a short lived labelrun by A.C. Wild of Bulldozer) for this EP,note that the record contained a picture of Dylan Dog(a famous italian comic strip by Bonelli publisher) now considered a collector's item, and the fact that the band struck a deal with the Bonelli important collaboration (Dylan Dog number 30 is titled Poltergeist), who saw published an article about them before their live performance at the Dylan Dog Horror Fest. In addition,a 45rpm must be attached to a number of comics, resulting in mega publicity for the band, with a view to a full lenght album. The project, however, never materialized because of the mental disorders that affected the poor Franco Cedro, which eventually led him to suicide, causing a human tragedy and the end of the band;picture scans included in the rar, enjoy!!!

Uploader Notes: At the end of the 80s Adramelch soon after the release of their masterpiece "Irae Melanox" disbanded(they will reunite with a different line up about twenty years
later...),some members went on playing in different projects (without recording anything in the metal scene, with the exception of V.Ballerio who sang in a demo of a band called Anathema),
Ballerio itself and bass player Franco Avalli joined a Jazz ensemble(!!!) called "Columbus' Egg",this band recorded only this rare album in 1991, nothing here can be compared to Adramelch's stuff, but if you are really curious as to how they sounded...
Pictures scans included,enjoy!!!
