The proper title is Cathy Come Home (you silly cow). It was great in 1983 and I think it's writer, Phil Jones, wants his somg back since he's a bit miffed that no-one's boyjered to ask him. Look for his current band S.E.X.
Chartered Hurricane were naver a duo, they were a five piece band.
Members were Phil Jones Lead vocals, Mark Jones, dual Lead guitar, Rob Millar, dual Lead guitar, Philip Mitch Mitchinson, Bass and Terry thomas Drums.
The band were formed in Porthcawl South Wales and Gigged all over South Wales.
Phil is still in a band called SEX and Mark has a couple of projects, the main one being The Guzzards catch the live and enjoy.
