This double 7" features more Rodney Matthews artwork, although this time only on the front cover. Maruee track is pop rocker Cheated, from the one and only NWOBHM album from the band, but here in different version. It's still quite a limp sound, although things are starting to gel and an identity is being forged. B-side Thirty Pieces of Silver is non-LP, and is a considerably brisk and lively piece of work for the band, slamming with a metal enough verse and then injecting the harmonies come chorus time. Both live tracks orginally hail from the lone LP, Flirting With Suicide being an example of the good, solid White Spirit-like songcraft that can emerge from this band, and Panic In The Streets being a fast, tough rocker that still manages the band's star vocal quality. Gatefold features live shots, back cover features a scientific explanation of te curious sexual dance found within the praying mantis species. - Martin Popoff
