Uploader Notes: Another MEGA RARITY! This CD single promo has been released only in Israel on March 2006. It was distributed there for free for the promotion when Nightmare was playing has a headliner in Tel-Aviv at the 13th of April 2006. So even if some of you already know the song "The Heretic" taken from the album "The Dominion Gate" (2005), for the ones that were not there, all the artworks written in the language of the country are included. Already a real collector gem !
