This seems to be a totally unknown vinyl gem, even die-hard vinyl collectors didn't know anything about this 7". HIGH VOLTAGE were based in Cranston (Rhode Island) and according to the web, the band had also released a tape called "It's The Currnt That Kills" in 1982, btw, I never saw this tape anywhere. Front / Back cover incl. with the file

this is in fact my father (bill) and uncles (mark) band. I have the cassette somewhere and will post it sometime. crazy fact about this 45 is the ages of the band members varied between the ages of 14-17 years old when this was recorded!
