This seems to be a totally unknown vinyl gem, even die-hard vinyl collectors didn't know anything about this 7". HIGH VOLTAGE were based in Cranston (Rhode Island) and according to the web, the band had also released a tape called "It's The Currnt That Kills" in 1982, btw, I never saw this tape anywhere.
