The debut album from 1984 as requested by Ivan. Blind Vengeance was later signed briefly to Viper Records, a sub-division of Attic Records. In 1985 Viper re-issued the debut with alternate title (self-titled), cover art and a re-aligned track-listing. Lyrically the band seemed liked to write about "the dark" as four of the ten songs on the debut have the word 'night' in them! Line up changes found Terry Joseph replacing Smith on drums and Derek Reay replacing Bill Brough on bass. These changes were short-lived however as Hess and Smith re-joined forces and founded Harem Scarem.
