This album has been vilified by the press and still today in blogs and forum to have one of the worst album covers. According to an interview with Jeff Prentiss (vocalist and guitarist) many years later, the album cover was done very quickly and on a very low budget, like the production of the album itself. The cover shows Jeff himself with the stocking on his head and the woman is a sister of one of the band members or crew.
