Obscure single of the US hard rock / heavy metal band ALEXANDER released on the Needle Records label sometime in the 80's [#ASCAP 4150]. The B-side "Hellrider" are the real jewel here!, a NWOBHM influenced song with vocal-parts reminding me a bit of ANGEL WITCH. My gatefold sleeve of Alexander's Venus/Hellrider says 1982. Nice mint 45 and unusual gatefold sleeve, and no it's not a fake. It's identicle to the one pictured, but mint, or unplayed. Just wanted mainly to get the year in, and let you know it's going to Ebay very soon. Thanks.
