1st demo of Mesomorph with Al Rowe (guitars) and the brothers Eddie (drums/vocals) and Steeve Steele (bass/vocals). In 1984 they contributed with the song "Gonna Rock Your World" on the "Iron Tyrants" compilation (with Steve Steele posing on the front-cover). "Money" featured on the demo are a remake of the Barrett Strong song with the same name. After MESOMORPH disbanded Steve went on and joined Kane Roberts band (the Alice Cooper guitarist) which he met during a performence with ALICE COOPER at the "Raise Your Fist" tour. Steve was with Kane when Kane had the top 100 hit, "Does Anybody Really Fall In Love Anymore" written by Desmond Child , D. Warren , J. Bon Jovi & R. Sambora.
Their 2nd demo can be found here: Demo #2 (1985)

Is that guy on the right not the same one as on the Metal Tyrants cover? Looks like him.
You're right Bones! it's mr. Steele
Actually "Money" is a Barrett Strong cover! The Beatles didn't write it. Mesomorph also released a third demo not on MA.
Thanks for the correction R. What do you know about the 3rd demo? tracklist? release year?
It came out circa 1987, and the tracks are: Black Fire Burning / Living Like There's No Tomorrow / Miles Away.
