Swedish compilation featuring various bands from the county of Järfälla, Stockholm. This sampler need to be checked out by everyone as it contains two of the best compilation tracks ever: "Dark Ice - Förödande Tidevarv" and the early formation of COUNT RAVEN; STORMWARNING with vocalist Dan Fondelius, here contributing with the song "Barn av Gatan". The rock group EXIL features Rolph Ericson of SPLIT SEX, VIGGEN AND THE JUMBOJETS and LEX VENERIS (pre-HYDRA who contributed with the song "Cross of Iron" on the "Förortsrock - Musik Från Järfälla (1983)" sampler).

The other stuff are not so interesting as it's mostly pop and rock. The vinyl comes with a lyrics innersleeve, but sadly some of the song-texts are wrong and messed up. I have included corrected lyrics for Exil and Dark Ice + scans of the original sheet + front/back covers and the vinyl labels. Enjoy!

I am looking for any demo/live recordings from the band DARK ICE, also the line-up of the band (the only names written on the lyrics sheet are Jörgen Andersson & Göran Larsson). Please get in touch if you have anything to contribute with!.
