Info: Issued on the RCA label in 1987 [#ZL 71365]. Features Italian progressive / instrumental and a couple of hard 'n heavy bands.
The compilation starts out with some noisy intro followed by an instrumental track (one of many on this comp) to later kick in with "The Fighter" by WATERFALL, a catchy little gem I really enjoyed (except from the 2minute long guitar-driven INSTRUMENTAL ending).
Then it's instrumental, drums and noise again.. and on it goes. Most of the songs just passes by without any major impact. Except one.. the epic and masterful contribution by SUBWAY FORCE!. It's in the sample above, don't dare to skip it!.
If someone have more info on these guys (such as line-up, demos or other recordings) please get in touch!.

Hi,i am Marco from Italy(nonseinormale65 on The Corroseum forum)this is a an abnormal compilation, promoted and produced by Richard Benson(an anglo/italian guitar player/teacher,he was also a metal dj/vj in several radio and tv in Roma during the 80's,in the 70's he played guitar in an italian Hard/prog band called "Buon Vecchio Charlie");the various line up were assembled for this occasion as backing bands for the guitar players who were all Benson's students(the best known was Max"jena" Smeraldi,an ep with Alter Ego in 1985 and several others project in hm,rock, prog and fusion and still active)
