Thanx for this gem! This band is pretty mysterious but I know they were from La-Mothe-Saint-Héray, a city from the Deux-Sèvres area. This is their 2nd EP. The first one has no title and both songs are sung in English. "Poitou-Charentes" is often translated as "Pictavia" (English/Latin name), just as I do with my own Metal label hehe!
