WITCH are for sure my favorite Swedish band together with GOTHAM CITY, maybe not a big coinsidence as they both came from the same city and gigged a lot together back in the days.
These songs are taken from the 'Helgdagsrock åt Far, Compilation 1983' and was wierd enough WITCH only offical record appearance.

They recorded 3 demos in total + a live tape (Live in Obbola 1983). The 3rd demo 'Still Alive (1984)' was a pre-production tape for their forthcoming EP with the same name on the Tandan Records label. SADLY the label folded and the record never saw the light of day. WITCH had some line-up changes and later recorded their 4th and last demo entitled 'Soldier of the Future (1984)' in a studio in Åsele, something they waren't much pleased with as the studio-mixing was awful. WITCH later folded, but are still today legends for many metalheads!.
