Rip and share by einride, thanks man!!.
Uploader Notes: Pre-MESHUGGAH thrash metal from Umeå, Sweden. This is from a tape dub and track 3 was actually listed as "????!!????" in the inlay. Not sure if that's an official title. The MP3 file is called "Untitled" instead since ? and ! are illegal file name characters. This is my own rip and as far as I know, this is the first time this tape has ever been on the Internet. Looking for a rip from any of their demos!!.
Info: In 1985, guitarist Fredrik Thordendal formed a band in Umeå, a college town in northern Sweden with a population of 105,000. The band, originally named Metallien, recorded a number of demo tapes, after which it disbanded. Thordendal, however, continued playing under a different name with new band members.Meshuggah was formed in 1987 by vocalist and guitarist Jens Kidman, and took the name Meshuggah from the Yiddish word for crazy.
1st song are taken from their Demo "85, the rest are from live gig at Studion (Umeå) 1987.
1. Victim Of Love (Demo "85)
2. Eyes Of Ice (Live "87)
3. Living On The Edge (Live "87)
4. The Flame In Me (Live "87)
